make sure you have all the original drivers for your pc.
most of the companies have a drivers section in thier site where you can find all the drivers for your pc.
Incase its a customized pc you can find drivers of each product on their manufacturer site.

these programs allow someone else to enter your pc with pass and ID (anydesk just ID) you provide him and he can help solving your problem remotely.

- When did the problem happend? was it after you installed something? changed or updated your OS?
- Do you have anti-virus installed? What Brand?
Did you try to temporary disable him and run/reinstall the game?
Did you try to add InfinityMu Folder to the exception list? each anti-virus has its own settings. You can find information on how to add a files/folder to the exception in google.
- Is it your personal computer or you play in Shop? Did you try another PC (Home/Shop)?
- What OS version are you running (Win10/Win7/Win8)? remember that XP OS isn't supported anymore and canno't run the game.
- On what connection are you on (Wifi/ethernet cable/Work Place)?
