Hello,

It has been exactly 2 days now and you have recently logged-in and we have several conversations of me requesting the yellow option on my UBER TYR set be corrected to Damage Decrement 7%.

I won $25 from exMe's event and asked an UBER TYR SET with an option of Damage Decrement 7% but instead was given Sd Ratio Increase which I did not ask for.

I was told that SD was the best option, indeed it could be. But I believe I should choose whatever option I would like my prize to be and not chosen for me. I cannot comprehend why an SD option is being pushed over my items.

Please replace the yellow option of my UBER TYR ARMORS(armor,pants,boots and gloves) to DAMAGE DECREMENT 7% which is the yellow option of my choice.

Please hear me out and let me enjoy the fruits of my effort in the event that I won.

Yes, of course brother that was the first thing that I did. Unfortunetly, my stated option during my first e-mail was not follwed and as I requested twice to correct the yellow option to DD 7% I was only told that SD was the best option even though I specifically requested that it is not the option that I prefer and now I was somehow ignored. I was given a response but it was not according to my desire. It is like having an uber set with the option that you do not have and you are told that it is the best option even if it is not your choice. xD
