Teleport (Cool-Down)

Hello friends,

my suggest about to decrease Teleport cool-down time. It's too slow. Would be good a bit faster.
It's Soul Master, let players enjoy to playing also the Soul Master with his skills. I do not ask to delete cool-down. Just make it a bit faster.

What do you think about this ? Bring ur opinions.​

Would be great to delete the coldown and left it only in CS, it`s not interesting when SM`s posibilities are limited.

I just noticed it too . I'm bored on my am when I was in cs . waiting for that long cool down. I aggre on your suggestion

I also agree with this,and like Putin said,without cool-down it's a monster in cs,so if possible the cooldown to be left only in server 5,it would be great.
