First and foremost believe me when I say I'm very proud and happy with your progress, you've been working good so far and I think your moving in the right direction. However I think you have more room for improvement before we could ever consider you joining the GM team.
The concerns of the GM team were the following:
- You haven't been helping for long enough to be considered ready for the TGM position
- You aren't involved enough in the community which a GM needs to be, the players must know that GM and trust him, the GM must be able to communicate with the players and also with the rest of the team
Unfortunately you don't full-fill all these requirements yet. Don't get me wrong your a very helpful and dedicated member your just not ready for the position yet and many members of our team said they don't know you well enough yet to trust you at this position, nor do they think they can communicate effectively enough with you.
So at this time we will have to deny the application for Test Game Master. This decision is made by all of us GM's and my co-HGM Otelo. I hope this does not discourage you from continuing to help in the server, I think you can still improve and also if you need some help with how to help the community more you can PM me or any GM at any time and we will assist you.
