Your application ain't that extensively, also HGM Titan already showed you some facts that speak
against your application. For this reasons some of us do not trust you yet, show us that we can.
JoPaA i belive you "can" have a good behavior, i just don't want that you have it just to be a staff.
An adult and decent behavior is required for all players to play in a good environment, always.
I would give you a go with a test period of 3 weeks since it's your first time as GM, you have to learn alot.
For this reason only the HGM's Titan & Me are allowed to take the lead of your staff training.
The final decision will follow soon and we will inform your here.
