I think you don't even have more than 6 months as MOD, so this leaves me just clear that you're bored of that position, if you don't want to be anymore part of the moderators team, pls send me a inbox and you'll be demoted from that position cuz atm we need people who're satisfied with the position they requested. Actually we don't need GM's right now, in fact i think you has applied in a wrong time, another point is that you should know that here the positions are not given away and let alone to players who cannot appreciate its current position as staffer.
This isn't about to change position once you get bored of other rank. Moderators have a line of succession that should strive to complete: TestMOD, MOD and LeadMOD once a Lead Moderator has demonstrated his loyalty and his overall understanding about the game then have the opportunity to apply as TestGM, in other cases if it's a member with an excellent track record within the community will have the ease of apply w/out much effort, but this isn't your case cuz there are too many negative points against you so i doubt that you qualify as GM.
I just don't rely on game knowledge coz there are many other aspects that make a common GM in a excellent GM such as: maturity, be recognized in-game, must be a person who likes work on team and under pressure from his superiors and ofc above all.. must have a good relationship with each and every one of the staffers and you can hardly work on a team, we should only take a look of what you has done some time ago with your superior. I'm sorry dude but i'm not going to accept you in our team, so you can stay as MOD cuz you're good at that position.
