Its me again. Now before anything else. I know that I've been wanting the GM position for so long. It has and always my ambition to be part of the team. And I want to make a proper application. But before I am going to state my reasons let me just introduce myself.

Why do you want to join the Game Masters?

Well, first of all, stated above, its was always been my desire to apply and join the Game Masters Team. I want to help out the the community. Serving them, assisting them in their needs. I know that I'm still learning when it comes to hacks, bugs, and some illegal programs, but it can be learned in the future. After all we all came from that situation. But in some parts such as translating I am already good with that since most of the players here are from the Philippines.

Why did you apply the Moderators instead of GM?

Well, I was thinking this a lot. And I mean a lot. Moderators are suppose to handle things in the forum while Game Masters are handling in game. So I am thinking that I must learn the basic skills on handling the forum before handling myself on the bigger job/position. Also I only have few experiences before specially cheats. Like I said who is already a veteran when applying the position. Also I have known a few of moderators that were promoted to GM. Well, all I need here is a chance to prove the whole server that I can do it, not try, but simply do it. I was once an Event Master before but that didn't last due to real life situation. But I was willing there to get back.


Additional Informations:

I have been loyal to the server since the beginning. I help out some players who are in need of my help in game. I'm not into PK thats why most of you haven't seen me in game. Also I am very active in both forum and in game.

You may call me as "tag collector" but I am firm to this application. I am sure and confident that I can do the job. I'm not willing to give up on this.

I wanna show the community that I can handle in this kind of position. I am willing to be taught and willing to work hard just to maintain this position. I know that I am the current Lmod on this community and I am thinking that I wanna grow my experiences not just in the forum but also in game. If given a chance, I can prove it to you that I will do my best to help out the team.

Hello there Effy, I know you're a professional MOD/LMOD but it's not the right time to apply on this Position. Why do I say this? Because you've just promoted as a Lead Moderator last 9/23/10. I'm wondering if you got promoted in TGM position, who will be the one who will take over on your current Position, right? plus Fault and Darkiest just got promoted last week as a TGM . I don't know if you're capable in that Position, because I haven't seeing you in Report Section that sharing your ideas about ana.lyzing hacks/hackers, yes you're reporting such ppl breaking are rules, but not all your reports are success. Yes you're a trustworthy person that's the one factor that we need in our Staff Team, but you're planning to apply as a TGM. as I said, you need more knowledge about ana.lyzing hacks/hackers. I'm not saying this because I'm too perfect about it and I know how to ana.lyze, well no I'm not, I'm still seeking how to ana.lyze about it so that if I'm going to share my opinion in report section it will be useful not "useless". Hello Effy,
No one can deny your great works in the last days as a LMOD , But since you have decided to handle this job and asked for it so you have choose to take all the responsibilities of this job till the end . Your 2 MODS just passed their test periods so you can't just leave them now to handle the whole MODs job alone besides you didn't even spend 1 month in your job , so it would be better if you apply again after the future moderating working getting smooth by the two Moderators .

One more reason, in my opinion two HGMs and three GMs and two TGMs are enough unless both of TGMs or one of them won't pass his test period .

Effy,you sound sincere and you mean what you say,which is very important to be honest about things.Being ambitious is a personal value you have and I think you can develop it into a thing the team can use.Yes about helping the community and being active and loyal to the community itself is not questioned.I think you are experienced enough on handling the job you need to do,even as a Moderator and a Lead Moderator you did your job with precision and never turned down duties,which means you are willing and able to do what is required from you.I think if given the chance you will prove that you are able to do the job.My opinion is based on my observations as a Moderator.

Honestly, i can't even remember all the ranks you had, cause you changed them way to much

First you've been gfx team lead.You resigned,came back and applied for Mod,then you resigned,came back again and applied for EM.
You got EM possition as well, but then again you resigned after 1-2 weeks,and then you applied for GM position, but you got denied.
Then you got back in the Moderators team, and now you became the Lead Moderator of this community.But now again you're not pleased and you're applying for GM position.
If you really wanted from the beginning the position of Game Master, you should've only applied for that, but instead,you prefered to change ranks like socks.
You're doing a good job as a Lead Moderator,you should continue with this.
Also if i'm not wrong there are already 3 Game Masters from PH

Being LMOD and being GM is a big difference even you are a LMOD now, the chance you get in GM team is high? Is that what you think ? Do you got knowledge about hack? can you identify if someone is using hack ? as LMOD your job is to maintain the forum well. I think you are using tags to get in the GM team ^^, well look at our forum there's a lot of job to do. Neutral ^^

I'm not a hater, but seems you've been just using your positions to get what you want which in this case it's Game Master rank, or atleast that's how it looks like. Plus if you get promoted who will lead the Moderators? Honestly don''t mind none of the actual ones could handle such task. Actually there's lot of GM's plus the community has been quite quiet nowadays. If you wanna be of help in-game cause sometimes the forums job can be boring, talk to venci and ask him to let you be Event Masters + LMOD at same time, then you will give a hand in-game doing some events and that (Nothing hard), and doing a cool job in forums .

You are a good guy, truthworthy and most important you are not that person who likes to argue with people, who disrespect opinions. But again you chose wrong time for to create application for TGM position. Every rank needs its Leader. If you leave Lead Moderator position, who will lead the team. The other Mods doing well too, I like both of them and their works but still it is earlier to give LMOD to one of them. But also I like what Heruvim said above. If you want 1 position from the begining, you must go its own way. But you changed ways, you tested many ways to get that tag and it is not good. I will be honest, you have everything what a TGM/GM needs except knowledge about detecting hacks. Many of us have doubt on your knowledge. Because when you sharer your opinions at Hack Report section, it was easy to get that your knowledge is poor and not suits for even TGM. I am neutral on you but more for No.
