Good day Infinitians and Staffs,


I smell Christmas coming in just a few days. And Also this application will be dedicated to all the players of InfinityMU. Lets begin by introducing myself.

My name is "Efraim Kilat".
"Effy" or "Iceman"(in game) is my nickname.
I am 24 years of age.
I am a Filipino citizen.
I held from Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines.
Timezone here is (GMT+8).
Languages I usually speak are as follows: (English, Tagalog, and Cebuano (Bisaya language))

I am a current Event Master on this server.



Why do you want to be a GM?

First is, I earned the trust of most of the players in game, by answering their problems, assisting them on their needs, doing the best I can do to help them. Players are comfortable and satisfied mostly on my Events. Making sure that before leaving that player all his/her necessities are taken care of. And you will expecting more of that and also harder work if I am already a Game Master. I wanna show the community that I am deserving on the position.

Mostly players who were PKing didn't observed on what I have done to the community, but mostly I had satisfied newbies on the server.

Now being an Event Master and a Game Master is somehow different in a ways, that more Events happen on an Event Master than a Game Master. So I will tell the community that once I will become a Game Master. All that Events I made on almost everyday, that will never change. I promise on to all of the players here on the community, that I will keep on satisfying them with Events and also do my job as a Game Master, if this will be approved.

If my mistake from the past makes you guys so angry and make you hate me, I wanna say my sincerest apology to that. And past is past, I have moved on. So I hope this wont affect on how you see me now. :)


How many hours you can spend both in game and forum?

Depending on my schedules I have 3-5hrs to spend in game. Mostly Events and helping the community. And 7-8 hours on forum browsing updates and also helping newbies on forum as well.


I know that its not 3months yet of my position as an Event Master, but I'm sure that I can do this job. There is a Test Period out of it in case. And during that Test period I also have so much to learn. I will put on harder work as I am now to make sure that I am deserving on the position.



Kindly refrain from posting in this thread unless its for suggestions or objections. I do not wish to see spam, or unwanted posts, despite the fact that they may mean well. You can thank me through Visitor Messaging or thx button. Lets keep this thread clean. Yes, "good job bro" or things along those lines are spam.

Effy you don't need to create another application. You're already on your way as a Game Master. You just have to wait, You'll get there. Just be patient.

I'm not against your promotion, you are showing a great work as an EM. But there are two main reasons make it hard to get promoted at the current time, First one is that

and you didn't even complete 2 months yet. About the second reason you are the only EM right now ,so if you leave the server will be without EMs and i think this is impossible.

For me Yes for EM But in GM status.. I will think so but you are a good staff here in our community but you don't have patient sorry for that.

but I know you will become Game Master Soon as possible just show your best bro and you will earned what your desire..

Damn, you really want to be a Game Master :-) I see that you make sometimes more than 1 time events in a day and you make fun in game, which is one plus for you x) You deserve to be a Game Master because you're helpful, loyal, acitive, make events, make fun; you were GFX Team Leader, Lead Moderator and you were 3 or more times Event Master and now you are x) This is one big plus to be Game Master, but why you rush bro ? As you see Fault was Moderator then Event Master and then Staff promoted him to Test Game Master; Darkiest was Event Master and Staff promoted him to Test Game Master. Rara is right, as the Staff promoted Fault & Darkiest to Test Game Masters and you will be too just be patient. May be you have more than 5 applications for a Game Master, which is bad and all are denied :XD: This is your big minus, so 50/50, I want to see you any day with Test Game Master/ Game Master tag :) I want to say YES but no, I will be NEUTRAL because you rush to be a Game Master, just be patient, Titan/ Nick/ Venci will promote you any day, do not worry :-)

No. Since ur last apply resistant told u to make another apply after 3 months and as i saw just 2 months passed and one more thing, u can`t call new commers "newbies" it`s like u try`n to offense them.

Hello my friend,

It would be better if you not rush again and wait Higher Staff achieve your god given ability and make you TGM. But sadly they couldn`t achieve it yet, it is probably because you don`t have god given ability. I myself good on achieving such abilities as Legend but I couldn`t achieve it from you too. You are good, I must accept it. You are good on making Events and etc. Sadly I am not that active in game like I were but sometimes I saw your events. And one thing I didn`t like. Friend, this is an online game, we all are here for to enjoy from this game, so staff team must be friendly with infinitians. I mean close to infinitians. Specially new comers must not afraid to ask any question to you. So when you get online and prepare to host an event, firstly better try to communicate with them, have fun with them. You are staff member, your fun and jokes must be with limits unlike us but still, you can make a joke. Put smiles on your sentences bla bla. Maybe it looks funny but these things are really needed.

Sadly I myself thinking that you are eligible for only EM job for now. Because we don`t know if you can detect hacks, knowledge about pvp system bla bla. Now maybe you will tell that, for to know what is your detecting hack knowledge level you must be able to see and comment on Hack Reports section. But, not really. Want us to know your pvp and hack detecting knowledge? Easy and simple as hell. Go be active in game, specially at pvp. Nowadays we got some SH,BMD hackers at around. Go catch 1-2 of them and show us that, you are active in game, you can detect hackers. While you didn`t do these things, sorry but I can't agree to give you chance as even TGM.

I think you deserve to be a GM cos you've done a lot of work here. Players trust you. I think it's unfair for Iceman that he doesn't get this position because how come when some "famous" person comes back to this community they could just get the GM position straight away if they want to? I don't think that's fair at all and I know that you've changed your position many times but at least you're doing your job. Goodluck!
 
You got experience but not enough, I've seen a lot of your applications and all the time the Higher Staff tells you to wait and blabla, you know why, this is getting annoying, you not even can wait 2 or 3 weeks, come on man! You want to help or you just want the tag?, man if I were Nick or Venci I'd warn you to stop making these threads so followed or you'll get a banned, bro I do believe that's the only way to stop you; You know you have to get more things to become a GM, and now you seem like a reckless and hopeless kid for a tag.

Just be patient. Let the game come to you. Don't rush. Be quick, but don't hurry.

No lie, resistant pick 3 months for a reason. Shows how inpatient you are for this tag, this tag aint much.
You can act like a Game Master in any Tag.
 
your helpful ,kind, and always available to the community.when ever someone calls for help. you will attend to their needs. i think you have the experience bro. there is no reason for me to say no. some players became gm with a short period of time. i wont tell their names. ive been here for 4 years. i think you should get your chance. well btw. good luck bro. on topic : iceman , u are already an event master im sure when higher staff see that u are suitable to be a gm they will promote you , stop doing applications threads every month or two... calm down

Well then, for experience as a Game Master yes I don't have that kind of experience since I was never on that position on the very first place. But, for some ex-Game Master before don't have that kind of experience. So all I'm saying that, everything on the server can be learned. I had to admit, eagerness is there and impatient as well, since if i haven't had both I won't be writing this application.

Some of the opinions over legends were right, I am not that expert on catching hackers, but aren't those things can be learned? These aren't the only job on becoming a Game Masters. I know there are a lot. Tag hunter doesn't really explain why, coz processed of learning is there, that's why asking questions is there, obeserving is there. No ex-Staffs before is an expert when he/she applied on this rank/position before. I have to be firm to this position.


You guys know what I do have, compared to other players? Is that I am friendly even if others had hate towards me. That is one of my best characteristic.

Some of the players who commented didn't even read my application.
