When I say no, you started to complain and cry because i didn't help you.
1. RESiSTANT take the main decision
2. you have to learn more english..
3. try to be more mature, sensitive, unbiased, serious
4. Leave That "Kid" Behavior....
5. and, Do not ask for more, if you only are doing less

1. Enough explanation before
2. You started to cry with me in private and complain, and told me "I am playing another Server, I am Mod"..but, that Server, wont be like infinitymu.. Wont have the Quality, professionalism...And you cant be GM/Mod here, if you are playing or you are in the staff team in another server.

Enough words.

How many times do I have to remind any of the current staff team that only the administrator and deny/approve applications?

Your application is full of loopholes of what you actually intended to promise to commit, and you have the chance of a wafer thin ice to even be considered.
This is pretty much a fail application, yet, we can't conclude unless we see a reply from the administrator.

However, according to regulation, we're not allowed to deny/allow any applications, but I do have the authority to ban you for bugging the administrators, so for crying out loud, stop being stupid by spamming on staffs' Facebook page or even leaving visitor messages all over.

No offense, but @ThreadStarter, your English, is abysmal, and we can't have staffs provide instructions to the community that can barely be understood.
