Congratulations for meeting the above requisites. Now there's more. Here are some things that irritate and lower your chances at success. Read them, and memorize them well. This list will slowly dissect mentioned issues, take your time to read them.

I've been a GM/MOD on other servers: A common reason, or rather "qualification". Please do note the inverted commas. Nobody cares for the experience in those servers. Here, this is a different community, a different server. Commands, NPCs, players' needs and wants. They're all different. So please do not use your experience in other servers to justify yourself. Besides, if you have obtained GM/MOD status there, why are you applying for the job here? It just shows your lack of devotion, a definite negative for you.

I can help players by answering their queries: Everyone else can do that. Have you seen players aid each other through megaphones? You don't have to be a GM/MOD to help others. So please do the necessary.

Post count: 1 This is a relatively tricky one. Although a low post count does not necessarily mean inactivity, a single digit post count should show your lack of activeness. You could have been one of the most active players in-game but your lack of awareness about the forums will dampen your chances. The fact is that most updates are posted here, so I'll advice you to go get yourself some posts and establish yourself before posting the application. Of course, you do so without spam.

You have good grammer, intelligent individual (it's kinda obvious) but theres some mistakes which are already pointed out above.

1. Never mention experience in other servers, if you read Truism you'd know not to because InfinityMU is another server completely, with different commands and everything.

Also you do hard work here in events and such but I would advice you also try helping users via technical support, or helping the general server by finding people breaking rules, i.e. spammers (/post), hackers, insult'ers, and anyone breaking our rules, thus ruining others gaming experience here.

Good luck Lost_Maiden, I know you have the potential to be more just need to put in the effort to prove to the rest of the server. Won't post yes or no, I think my opinion is clear in my post .

First of all, you are WARNED for mentioning other online games name in your application, i dont care if its not Mu Server, this is InfinityMU, and we are talking about that here or max offline games discuss, no other games. That has his own forum, own community, mention there its name, not here.
Showing how many staff position u had? this just makes you down, means u left thoose by a specific reason, now u apply here? its a strong proof that cannot base on you that u will stay long time here if u would be applied.

I appreciate everyone's concerns. Lets focus on her other side of application and not attack with the Truism Gripes in next posts. I guess she will understand her mistake. Just to mention also that having the patience reading, undertanding and meeting the requirements of the Truism thread is the key to enter in The Staff Team.

As you mentioned that you have moderator experience in some forum boards this means you can be capable for a trial mod period, but also you must have the patience before post in some section.

I value all our forum members comments in every application before I myself approve something, so lets hear some more opinions.

Well, If we not consider Truism things, you are capable for me. Your English level is awesome. You joined many big events and worked hard to gain 1st place. But I will give you a little advice - "If you get this tag, don`t be so serious". Hell yea, you have to be serious but not all the time. Most of our players are under 18, and thats why they love jokes and kindly persons. I am giving you a YES Vote, but next time try to be carefully what you write :-D

This,along with your opening lines and adding other games is highly unprofessional from your side. The English you are using does not belong to here, an advice from me is to simplify the level,since most players won't understand,as it sounds more like poetry.
You have 4-5 helpful posts and I haven't seen 1 report from you. Being a moderator doesn't mean only to handle the forum,but also to be part of the staff team and to help and contribute with everything you can. Winning events doesn't give you experience in game or forum
Besides,I rarely see you here nowadays. Before you were more active,then you disappeared completely and now you came like 2 days ago I think and you are already applying. I dont think it is correct.
I will be the most delighted if you accept our comments as motivational criticism and to see the places you lack at. Try again in few months. No from me to this application.

@Resistant,I dont think we can ignore the truism since it exists for something and many infinitians have followed it to get where they are. I dont find it fair to look at truism at some applications and ignore it for others.

You do not need to post your picture in the application. The way I see it, you're trying to gain attention in a wrong way. Looks doesn't matter in applying in the staff team. It's all about credibility. Although some of your post are helpful but some of them are already been said by another person yet you still repeated the same idea to gain more posts. Second, this is a different game. Different server, different people, different environment, different needs, different wants, and different system. This is an independent community. You do not need to mention those servers by the way. Winning events and having tags isn't really needed in applying too. Contributing something more to the server is better than winning events. Although I appreciate the fact that you're exerting efforts in forums by joining events but still, it's not a key in having a better application.

That is all. I do not want to sound like a hostile or should I simply say, a "hater" since we are all in the community. We're just trying to help one another, and help you out too of course. I got to say no for this time but do try again sometime. Good luck!

Like my mates said above, you don't need to mention about others game :/ , but sometimes.. when you want to be a part of something like that, you just want to let us know, what's your experience in any other thing like MOD's job, but there's not the correct way... anyways, I've checked your last activity on forum and it's pretty good, but isn't enough if you want to be an MODERATOR.
as you can see, most of guys was trying and working harder for this position and it's really appreciated, because you want to spend your time with us, but ain't an good time for it.

I feel so honored. Whether your comments are in contrary/ in favor to my app, I highly and respectfully accept them.

Anent, allow me to explain some part(s) of my application. Let me start with the word “truism”.
Obviously, it came from the root word “truth”. Hence, I am obliged to say nothing but the truth.

“Do you have any experience being Mod/GM?”
This question is very common in the recent apps even if it's inconsistent with truism.
Nevertheless, it appears to me that the only acceptable answer in this question is no. However, I wouldn’t tell a lie just to be accepted. I have the experience. Why would I deny it? In every job application, related experiences are considered as asset because as we all know, experience is the best teacher. Regardless if it’s a new environment, the point is that you have something that you can share.

Letter Address
I addressed the application to Sir RESi and LMod Syd because I patterned my application to a formal letter. That’s how teachers make application/request letters. I am simply applying what I learned from school.

Attached Picture
I consider this application as a formal one. As far as I know, formal application letters/resume contain the picture of the applicant. If I have any intention to seduce anyone or earn his/her vote through my physical characteristics, then I should have posted something daring, perhaps eye-catching. Besides, that picture is not new to you since that is my avatar.

That is simply a proof that verifies the facts that I posted. I also just tried to prevent the readers from thinking that I’m inventing things just to be hired.

Recent Inactivity
I admit that I really was inactive during the last month but I still kept in touch despite the hectic schedules that I had. I shared my activities and even managed to impart my accomplishment to the community thinking that maybe in a way or two, it can be an inspiration to everyone.
