Hello everyone! I'm here to apply as a TGM I think almost of you know me, I have promoted to EM two months ago and i hope i have done well in this period. I have had a hard challenges during this time, So i really hope that i have done well during my EM period.

As i said above almost of you know about me, I have joined this community almost one year ago. In this time i have been a staff team member as a Moderator, Event Master and a Test Game Master but unfortunately i have failed in my test period due to little mistakes. (i hope i have fixed them now)

Why am i applying for this position?

Honestly, This was one of my dreams since i have joined this community. I have applied for GM in my first week here. (They trolled me coz of that honestly)

Experience in this position:

Well, The only difference between EM's job and GM's is that GMs are supposed to apply the game rules, and the most difficult part about that is the hacks reports section. I got a few experience about almost of the hacks kinds that used in our community, But ofc im willing to learn more and more in my test period.

Finally, I have passed a really bad times here in my periods as a staff member in both Mods and EMs regardless of my good things. but as you all know bad things won't make bad things disappear so i hope i have fixed that bad things in this short time as Event Master

About your application, you just got promoted 2 months ago as a event master. why you wanne be a Game master so fast.

in those 2 months you cant have learn anything or have done some other stuff. in my opinium, stay longer to 1 position, otherwise you just looking like a position hunter.

Hello Fault. Well, if it's your dream then u should work hard for that. I think still too early to transfer GM position. I have watched on u while u r making events, for example Q&A event - if there is 6 queston, 3-4 questions are only like "What's our new HGM name, What's our New Admin name, Who is our new GM, Who is our Event Masters" almost forum questions. Also you are a bit careless. I offer you to stay in EM position for some months more then try once again. Good luck.

Hello Fault,

As I know EM's gets promoted to GM job when HGM and also whole GM team agrees on one common decision that XXXX EM is good and fully fits with TGM/GM job. To be honest hate me or not, I get angry when I see EMs creats TGM applications. It is like XXXX guy wants to be GM but he cant and since we got more easier way to be GM and this way goes through EM job. Because being EM is easier than being Supporter. Before Supporters had advantage

Well, I am saying NO to this application. Because it is needless. If you didnt got promoted by GM/Admin team, then there is something. You kindly could ask to HGM that if you fit to TGM job or you need to do more?

The moment i promoted you to EM you told me that it's not your plan to apply as GM, but im pretty sure it was your plan from the beginning. You were just using EM tag again to get the GM that which is not very professional. Sorry buddy, but im pretty disappointed and i will say no because of your own words.

Hi there, Fault! I'd just like to clarify about the phrase, "supposed to apply the game rules" aren't all other user groups supposed to apply them too?... or...maybe I understood that the wrong way :burn: but you're right, if you meant they're also responsible for enforcing the game rules, it's an additional task compared to an EM. and if you do have experience about some hacks then I think you could lend some hand in the hack reports section..


But ATM, there are 5 GM's and 3 event masters(including you). BUT i'm not against your application just because of this. Even if one becomes a GM, he could conduct events anyway..


If you ask us if you did a good job being an EM, i'll say yes, you did. but there are some keen observations by some people who are active in the game, Sava for example.
I hope you reflect positively on what they all just said.

I'm honestly a halfway between neutral and YES. I think you could get there too but it's up to your teammates now to decide anyways. Good luck!

You were just using EM tag again to get the GM that which is not very professional.

This word again and again...You are right i have used the tag. I have used the tag to host 3-4 events every single day when i was the only EM in the community for almost a month. I used the tag to not let one single day to pass without events when there wasn't EMs except me, I used the tag to host two of the biggest events in the community. So what i get now ? The most thing i ever hate which is sharing conversations from Skype and not only that but also telling me that i was just "using the tag". Now after she accepted what you are saying, i don't want to use the tag anymore. There are many players better than me won't "use" the tag.

Based on players' and GMs' opinions this application is denied.
I would like to add that if Fault or anyone "uses" his tag for something is not really relevant. Why? Well, if you sit to think about it, we use VIP tags to get profile editing settings priviledge, we use Supporter tag to see report section and perhaps advance to Staff member, once you are inside Staff team and you prove you are capable and you deserve another position, it can be granted, recent cases in point - DimER and Heruvim. They could do more than they were already doing, so they were given such chance.
EM tag is only for events indeed, but as we know EMs can also support the players by replying to most questions and BTA or duel assists.
Such as Abesta pointed out, an EM or another player can advance/move to another position based on my/GM team/players opinions. Although I respect you as a person what needed to be said from me, was said in private, and after denying this application, you have requested for demotion, which is also granted since I don't wish to force you with schedules I've made or anything else. We are all free to come and leave the moment we decide it, unforced.
In life we can't always get what we want, unless we try hard and work hard for it. I have to say that you followed most of my advices, but some you ignored, which has lead us to this situation.

I would sincerely like to thank you for all your work and services to the community.
