But for now Be sure to download the latest patch FROM HERE

Try this fix provided by Linda

Make sure your Firewall/Antivirus/DEP,doesn't block the executable files of the client.
If you have any Proxy/VPN programs installed then uninstall them.

i'm not using wtfast, now ill resintall my network connection and adapter...

3rd programs isnt the problem i think,
most common thing is his connection isnt stable,
