Transfer to Infinity mu help :)

So yesterday, i Filled out the Form to transfer stats to Infinity mu, form the other mu i play It said 24 Hours to wait, its been 24 hours and still nothing No stats or the email :O So my question is should i try to refill it cuz i might had wrong information or i need just more patience ?
