i just downloaded and installd the game again i playd be4 all the website updates and all and it keeps saying upgrade failed plz restart game and everytime i do ntn happns can some1 help?

Did you tried to allow your firewall to bypass our client?

i have that problem too sir i turn off the firewall what else i can do?

Something is wrong with your connection / pc. All is working for us and other players. Check if your connection is stable.

Make sure the firewall is set to allow our client, don't stop it (some of them still working if stopped).

I have resolved this problem on my PC (actually its a laptop) all I did was reformat my laptop I had a backup so system restore if this does not work contact your local internet provider :
