i have been experiencing this problem for a long time now, and I'm sure many players are also experiencing this problem. I know staff knows about this problem and I was just hoping for a solution. I stopped playing because of this and I want to play again but everytime I go ingame I always get auto DC without The disconnected from the server. Even If im just logging in it just closes. I have tried every solution you guys suggested. All didn't work. If it is a server problem I hope it would be resolved ASAP cause some players can't even play now.

I didn't experience that even before, try to clean your PC from malware and viruses

Have you tried making a contact with Venci to lend you a hand via teamviewer?
CLAUDINE, try to install the beta video drivers for your video card model (very latest) or experiment with old video drivers and see the difference. Try another computer if possible and see the difference also. Play with different characters you might have as well. Dis-equip your character items that you get autodc with and see if you still get autodc without wearing any items. Let me know what happens and we might find out solution to the problem.
