Camtasia allows smooth gameplay whenever I am recording.

Does the new version fix this?

I guess that's depends if your computer meets the requirements,Fraps works smooth for me,60+ FPS during recording.
Please be aware that the minimum system requirements have changed in Fraps 3.5.0. We now require a CPU with SSE2 instructions (Pentium 4 & above). Windows XP or higher is also now required. If you have an older system (Win2K or non-SSE2 CPU) you can still download the previous Fraps 3.4.7 release from the download page.

Steps of reducing the size of video. Please provide
 
Amf....Can i ask ? How to Long record the video ? ...if i record i think their's 1min only :?
 
I'ts unlimited lol,till your hard drive out of space to store the video :P
 
In the "Movies" tab make sure it's on "Full-size" and "Split movie every 4 Gigabytes" is un-checked.

Depends on your CPU/GPU,30 FPS is enough,i use 120 FPS.
 
Under 30 FPS there is a empty box,check it and type the number of FPS you want.
