I have a problem about my voting time, i voted this morning 6:21am and i will be voting for tonight. But still 9hours to go to vote. Why is that happening, i am the only one voting here. I always complete the voting system, please help me. I need to vote..

I could't figure out why you are having problems in voting when you're only the one who is voting within your IP range. There should not be problem at all. You should be able to vote finely after every 12 hours. Plus the voting system is working perfectly. I think if i'm not mistaken somebody has voted already before you within that IP address.

And I found out what my problem is.
I call this problem "IP delay bug"
If you voted using a laptop/cellphone/other gadgets you can use to vote. Try to use other gadget.
I mean, If you use:
Laptop - Try to vote using Cellphone / Computer
Cellphone - Try to vote using Laptop / Computer
Computer - Cellphone / Laptop
But this is just my theory,
