Why i can't open the webshop?!? when i put id and pw they answer me password incorrect?!!

Check if your account is online before login. Don't use caps lock. Use it if your account is registered with capped letters only.

If your password contains symbols then change it,use only letters and numbers.

If it's still doesn't work then post your character name and RESiSTANT will fix it.
