Virtual Products

Webshop items, uber sets, and gold credits are labeled as Virtual products:
We do not issue refunds for virtual products once the order is submitted. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products. By buying our product from our website you agree that, because of the nature of the products sold, Which are virtual, there are no refunds under any circumstance. If you submit any payment you agree that you will not dispute, ask for a partial refund, or a full refund. If you do not agree to the above do not submit any payment.

Exchanges

Even if we can never offer a partial or full refund.
We are able to exchange your items if for some reason you're not happy with them.
This can happen within the 14 days of the purchase of your items.
We'll always do our best to take care of players—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
We have long believed that when we treat our players fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
