Remove youre valuable items in vault then go in main site and clear storage

At first i bought items from the shop after i goes to Store Box - But when i was trying to Assign the items it wrote me -
Error
Found unknown item in warehouse please remove it first.
Help me.
Would you take SS for the items in your vault please ? just to let us know which item makes this problem .

Btw remove from warehouse all usefull ittems and clear it from web site

Did you check your 2nd warehouse/voltage?
This also happened to me. Try to Remove some of your items from vault to your inventory, and try to assign again.

This happens to me 2x when there is items in your vault like jewels, and ancient items try to put this in your inventory and go back to webshop then click assign and thats it the item is there in your vault. Goodluck
Make a Space on your vault Before assigning your purchase items :emotic1:
