At first i bought items from the shop after i goes to Store Box - But when i was trying to Assign the items it wrote me -

Remove youre valuable items in vault then go in main site and clear storage

maybe your vault is full, or clear you upper left corner to receive your item.

Would you take SS for the items in your vault please ? just to let us know which item makes this problem .

We will know the main reason when we see photo.
Btw remove from warehouse all usefull ittems and clear it from web site

Did you check your 2nd warehouse/voltage?

This also happened to me. Try to Remove some of your items from vault to your inventory, and try to assign again.

This happens to me 2x when there is items in your vault like jewels, and ancient items try to put this in your inventory and go back to webshop then click assign and thats it the item is there in your vault. Goodluck

If you found out what items causes the issue let us know so we can fix it in future other players won't have same issues.

Make a Space on your vault Before assigning your purchase items :emotic1:

Maybe you 1st vault is full, or you can use 2nd vault in order to get.

@ Flanigan, seems you're do not care about ur problem since u have not answered about ur problem that it fixed or not, also maybe it's fixed but u are too lazy to post here remind us that. I gonna close this thread. In any case, pm me to reopen that thread.
