Discussion What are your thoughts Sets ?

Hello friends,

Today I'm here to talk a bit about some sets lost on this server, if you play InfinityMU and do PVP I'm sure you know that 95% of players use Tier 2 sets and Maahes.
The other 5% is divided into sets like Dragon Set, Plate, Brass, and maybe Bronze.
So my question is if you could order all the sets or some what would be the order and why do you think some sets like Berserker, Eplete and others are not used, of course I think the Tier 2 Set should be the best but I'm not sure, I have seen many users lose when they fight against Maahes even for me it is impossible to win.
As an active player I can say that it is a bit boring to always see the same sets, I am not talking bad about the PVP balance but for some reason nobody uses other sets than Tier 2 and Maahes, I speak of the BM class because I play BK but we can use the same example for DL.

So, let's play that you have the power to change the sets as options or more, what would be your changes or ideas to revive the other sets or also weapons.

Bragi

I repeat, I talk about the BM class because I play BM but if you play another character you can order and give your opinions..

Maahes and T2 Brave as you mentioned are used by 99% of the players (although many players have semi maahes). The crit, edr and DDR are way higher than the sets you mentioned such as (leather, eplete, plate), where you can only get up to 65% ddr, while Atlas gets you to 90% and maahes 105%. Also, the difference on EDP and Crit is huge. Moreover, many sets requires a pend( eplete) or dual swords(bragi), which makes it disadvantageous compared to other sets.

For pvp, in my opinion, the best is Atlas, but only when you are fightning another atlas user.
Maahes is really bad when your opponent is using it as well, when both have good pot rate, the fight is really long and boring.

I would say that the combination of mahees and sekhmet is too overpowered - as it gives you 105% DDR and 40% Ignore defense rate.
As for Atlas - it gives you 90% DDR maximum and 40% Ignore defense rate.

Also the BD combination includes a shield making it the pefect defense and attack at the same time. It's always a cancer to fight BD sets because of course laggers have advantage here - having a shield they don't die so easily and having such crit rate and ddr makes it easier for their lagged combos stab you in the ass.
There're other sets that should be reworked such as eplete and berserker - those sets are pretty useless since it includes almost every item to make the ancient works (like this pendant and shield makes it hard to combine weapons and such).

i think dragon and brass are still competitive sets against Brave and BD , about ,scale , plate , leather , bronze ..... these sets are forgotten due theire damage/def being lower , i remember long ago people did made mixtured sets and those sets were overpowered against full sets even tho semi mix set was able too drop uber set owner and mixed sets had too be fixed by changing ancient options , i think scale bronze and othr forgotten sets should be made same way like Atlas (whole set options become active by adding all parts ) and boost abit those sets options .

there is nothing to talk about sekmeth/maahes a set with bugs abnormally and everybody knows that %90 players sekmeth/maahes %10 atlas t2 because it is so strong
other sets are no longer just a view need balancing for the fun of the game
