Hey everyone,
In order to create a fair gameplay environment we have decided to create this section as a way to contact players for a gameplay check based on reports or the Game Master Team own discussions.
I'm asking all players to not use this as a way to mock the requested players, if you will be caught doing so, you will be banned by the highest offense (heavy insults).
For the requested players themself please don't take this personal, we are just trying to make sure everyone is following the game rules.
Not every player will be requested to go through this process, only those who showcase a very suspicious gameplay.
The requested player account will be temporarily banned for 14 days, which we hope is enough time to notice the ban and contacting us for gameplay check.
When the player contact us his account will be unbanned and our Senior Game Masters with the Head Game Master will decide on the time given for the recording based on the player availability, so please don't try to waste time or fooling us.
The Gameplay check sessions will be PvP vs available Game Supporter or Game Master.
Both sides are required to record the fight.
The player will be given the video of the suspicious gameplay, please know that your video will just help understand better the things that we see.
the video you will be given might not follow the report rules yet it doesn't mean you are allowed to ingnore our request, we have enough tools to get the rest of the info by ourself if we find the gameplay suspicious.
Fail to follow the requirements and you will given a last chance to try again, fail again and you will be banned according to the offense you were checked on.
Player who will not cooperate and contact us will remain banned on the offense he was checked on unless he didn't see that he was banned for a gameplay check.
Contacting us will be made through forum PM, you will be given more instructions there.
Recording requirements can found found here.
Why is it done in public?
We think this is the best way to get in contact with the players, we want them to understand why it's done and what they need to do.
Thank You.
