DL SHIELDS --- Damage Decrease Rate 7%.
SCEPTER --- SD DECREASE 10%
USE DH TOO.

For me ofc Full Dri Set + scepeter sd ignore is the best

Set should be pure DRI and scepter should be Critical Damage Increase and if you are using shield better put DRI also.. Hope it helps..
