Nite would be great if u just sthu... crying coz 2 out of 14 accounts didn't got 2k credits, srsly do I cry that my test account didn't got those 2k even tho it should?? NO I DON'T!

There are 3 accounts under my IP from which 2 belong to me and one belongs to my younger brother (noob) doubt he got anything like free credits there else he would scream it at me, really he would do so.
Same IP doesn't mean you can go and make thousands of accounts just to later on if happens get free stuff. I don't care if he doesn't own all of them. He should be granted those free credits on behalf of his IP address. 1 account 1 IP, else there are problems with votes and so on.
