if you can't explain it by urself try to look for a friendly guy who speak's ur lang and to write for u.

Well we can understand whats your problem is please tell us very well to make your problem solve if you cant explain in English very well, if your pinoy maybe i can help you, try to send me Private message here in forum to know what is your problem. if your not pinoy send me also where you from and lets see if i can find a person who can help you and help you to your problem.

You can also try to do what Madam Danica said from the upper post.. Just take a screenshot press> PrtSc to your keyboard and paste it via paint or other editing software and save as .JPG file and Upload it via imgur.com or postimages.org and copy the link and post it here.

hello aiza214 this is much worser than before, because you don't even have a screenshot of your problem, at least the other guy before has a screenshot of his problem, in this situation no one can help you :(

if you can provide a screen shot much better, mam danica provides a step by step on how to take a screen shot

but let me guess, maybe you want to say that you can't launch your Infinitymu launcher, open your infinitymu folder, then try to click the icon that says AutoUpdate it will update the game to the latest version and fixes the missing files on the game,

or the shortcut of your infinityMu icon on the desktop it might be broken, so try to find the mu icon also in the Infinitymu folder and then right click on it and then send to desktop create shortcut,

also try to download a fresh copy of the InfinityMu installer, but before you download and install the new installer first uninstalled the old copy of the game so that you can have a fresh installation of the game, here is the link for the new installer https://www.infinitymu.net/downloads

also try to update your computer or your laptop driver it might fixed the problem,

also try to turnoff your antivirus before launching the game, most of the time it causes some trouble in launching the game,
