Window trouble

good day sir/mam

i was having trouble with my MU game.
let me describe how it does go

first i click my the "mu infinity" icon
then click Connect
when i got connect window appear
and for how many second it disappear
i didnt even see the loading screen..
please help me because im having nightmare that i cant play MU infinity.

try to reinstall .. and PLAY AGAIN ENJOY !

If it doesn't work after you reinstalled it. Then try to close some of the ".exe" things that you have open in your task manager.

1) Open Task Manager with "Alt+Ctrl+Del"
2) Under Processes, look for "main.exe"
3) Highlight "main.exe" and click "End Process"
4) Re-launch your launcher.

NOTE: If it doesn't work (re-installing as well), please post back here and state if you were able to play before

Right click on mu.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Windows NT 4 > Apply > OK
Do the same on main.exe and run the game again.

Make sure you have DirectX/Frameworker installed.

yes i have the direct X...i already change the setting of Fire wall....i already view the task exe...still no use...i already change to Windows nt 4...stil i cant play the game...i re install still cant play the game

yes i was able to play before (
