Nyx was so beautiful and powerful that she needed something to contain her powers and for that reason she ask the most skilled blacksmith to make her armor that absorb her power and mask that hide her beauty,
and so her wish was granted the Dark Steel Mask cover her face and the Dark Steel Armor Seal her powers, but at the time gone she start to fell week and defenseless so she needed something to protect her and that's was the birth of Ambition Shield.
After years of wearing the Armor and the Mask she lost her immortality. Now there is myth that the Dark Steel Armor of Nyx contain her power only Dark Lord and Lord Emperor can embrace it and with the Mask of Steel and the Ambition Shield that Nyx used the Lord gets unique powers.

Dark Steel Khons was named after the Ancient Egyptian god of the moon Khonsu.
