Mira hace esto...
Entra a la carpeta del MU y dale doble click al que se llama "MU" y te va a salir un cartel que te dice Ejecutar o Cancelar,revisa ese cartel que tiene un tilde para desactivar..
Bueno desactivas el tilde y le das en Ejecutar y ya..
Si no entiendes que es lo mas probable hablame a Privado así te paso un vídeo de como se hace no te lo puedo mandar por aquí por que lo hacen con otro servidor y no quiero que me baneen.

MU works also on windows 8.1 and windows 10. It's supposed to have problems if you don't have video drivers. Most computers doesn't support windows 10 even tho microsoft says its fully supported. Only newest hardwares could support perfectly windows 10 and windows 8.

If you computer is old it's not recommended to install windows 10 or 8 even tho microsoft suggest it.

I have a pretty old PC but with the latest updates from w10 ...well it seems it got better.
Yesterday i spent 4-5 hours with someone from here trying to realise why his wifi driver magicaly disapered in w10...

It may or may be not what Resistant said.
-If it won't start at all after you completly update the client then check your firewall/antivirus (add the Autoupdate/Main/mu.exe as exceptions in there)
-If it starts and crashes after the Loading screen then it's a driver issue and i suggest you upgrade it
-If it starts and after you login and get in game it crashes and your browser pops up with a big AntiCheat on it...provide some details about the error code.
-If it's something else then make some screenshots and post them here.

Solution for game not starting : delete main.exe and run the autoupdater.
This can be closed and solution sholud be added to the list.

Have u tried run the game in administrator? either you can right click on the MU icon and select "run as administrator".

or better download the update manually and patch it inside the InfinityMu folder.

That can work also but the simple solution is this :
