then my internet is stable 250 to 300ms but the problem is still

Mostly it's your internet connection problem. Have you tried to restart your modem/device?

yes sir i already do that procedure . actually my internet is so fast 250ms to 300.

1. Add your MU folder to your antivirus' exclusion or exception
2. Add any related InfinityMU url to your antivirus' exclusion or exception
3. Restart your modem

I give my opinion maybe the good solution on your problem, Re-Download the game .

Download and install this patch.
Run the autoupdater again.
Also check if your antivirus blocks your game (main.exe or autoupdater.exe ). If it does add it as an exception.
Let me know here if it worked.
If you still have problems i will try to provide asisstance via teamviewer but in like 9-10 hours since i am at work now...if ofc you will be available at that hour
