in-game mail

hi, im having problems with my character, i can't receive mails or add and be added as friend in-game, tried mailing my own character with my other account and it says character does not exist, i wonder why no one was mailing me for the past 2 years

Is your in game name has special character ? Like !@#$%^&*()~[]-+=:;"'{}<>_?/ these?

no i only changed name once before with special characters and the rest are clean names and my current ign

If u got symbols u won't be able to add friends.If the letter box is full u wont get email too.And check if the tiny box named Refuse Chat is on go untick it.

it's unchecked, i dont really use F button so much only when joining events, i think i had this problem for a long time because i tried to add one person as friend but it says user does not exist, i thought the person i was adding got the bug so i just ignored the fact, i have zero mails and zero friends so my letter box isnt full

Try to change your e-mail address and after that do not forget to confirm your identity by logging-in to your respective e-mail address. See if this will work.

Character names containing 3 letter or below cannot receive mails or friend request ingame. It's somehow a bug. You have to PM RESiSTANT directly to fix the problem or you can write him through mail at support@infinitymu.net Because he is only the one who can fix the issue since before we have Game Masters which has 3 letters name on their GM char and it's important to have mail box.

i dont see any options in account settings about changing the email only change password

it's been 2 days but still no response from support email, only the automated reply, i sent 2 messages once a day but still nothing, i really need to know if it's my character's bug or just the name or i shouldn't experience the bug in the first place, sorry for being persistent but i really need to know and i really need my mails with my main character, thanks so much.

Is your character name "Lee" which facing this issue? Try to send and receive emails ingame now. I've fixed it for you.
