Hello all, how are you? I hope all is well. I am here to apply as a Test Moderator. :rolleyes2:

I may not be popular unlike others but what i can assure you is my eagerness to learn and to help each and everyone of you when you are in need.
So let me introduce myself first...

My full name is Noel Fernandez, you can call me Noel :rofl: I have only 1 name so you have no choice. ^^, I graduated last April 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering at DE LA SALLE LIPA, Philippines. I'm currently working as a COBOL/Mainfraime programmer. I may not have the best grammar skills but i can communicate and we can talk whole night in game or here in forum. :nuhnuh:

When did you start playing InfinityMU?
I started playing last August 2015 through searching in top 100 MU Online and I invited my friends to join here as well. After being addicted in this game, I and my friends started to get busy because we're all in our last year in College. And right after graduation, i was offered to work in the United States. There's a lot of pretty girls out there If you want to know more about my experience in the USA feel free to send a pm
to continue..After working in the USA I was offered a job and that's my current job. And that's the time I decided to play again this late 2016 because i really miss this game.


Do you have any experience about vbulletin and moderating?
To be honest i don't have any experience yet with regards to vbulletin and moderating, but i'm a fast learner and can work with less supervision. Since the current moderators are really friendly and approachable I can say that with the help of them I can easily adapt and able to learn new things quickly. I also want to be in a team with a lot of girls ye:


How much time can you spend in the forum?
I can spend minimum of 3 hours a day. As you can see , I always have 80+% in my activity . I am active both in game and forum..If you can't see me in game maybe i'm just using my secret characters smiley:

Syd just left the staff, and well activity % means nothing if it comes from spam. I don't know you honestly i have been inactive for a while, but still did search your post and didn't found something really useful. What can you offer as TMOD that others don't? You didn't mention it on the application, it's like you just wanna get it and fulfill someone spot by using kind of "Introduction"?

I am not hater, just that's what i get from your apply.

That's GAME related, then you should apply for Game Master not Moderator. And you kind of easy to provoke replying such post. If you start fighting with anyone that post negative reply on your thread it will make you looks pretty bad.

Hey there mister ex staff member that do not deserve a Legend tag.
How about you mind your own business. We got your oppinion but please take note that Report Section also has an area called "Forum Reports". I know you never saw it...have you at least been a forum Moderator?? oh yes u have been...what a shame to come back and write such things...

Now stop flaming ppl in their applications, write your oppinion in a nice way. You will recieve a warning for flaming from one of the mods.

Getting back on the application i would love to see some more feedback from other community members ! Please share your honest thoughts about the applicant and his application.

About your activity:

You were always online in Forum.But theres differene between bein online and sitting on silence,or being online and active.You showed us ur contributions and activity in a last 1 month.In my oppinion it is also enough time to give a Chance.

This guy would make a great police GM. But Mod will be of a great start for him, at least for now. He made a lot of reports as much as he made friends with the people in-game. I have known this guy for a while now and never had a single problem. Good luck in your application brother!:grin:

I'm sorry but can't help but notice this... you mean to say, that if ever he got accepted in the mod team, he'll get a chance or jump in into different position? After weeks/months he is in the mod team? Like using the mod tag as their stepping stone? Really? :waah:

On the topic, you have several reports in forum section while I was still in the mod team, although some of them aren't needed to be reported, but still thanking you regardless. I am not sure you're ready for this, I think the first thing you have to achieve first is the forum supporter tag. Please do not think that the Mod tag is easy to earn, it is the same as the GM/EM tag, everone has to work hard to get it. That's why people are aiming for this tag then applying for different position afterwards, which is really, really sad... and disappointing... Anyways, keep helping our dear moderators by reporting and once you've done that I am sure you will achieve whatever you desire in the future. It's a NO for me, for now. Good luck.

I will not jump in into other position. The fact that, I can only view forum while I'm at work. :nuhnuh:
Regarding the reports, I'm still learning and I'm happy about it because I can see the progress of it. I'm glad you appreciated it and I can assure you that I will keep improving. :winkk:

we have one PH mod and i think we need one more mod from EU due diffren time zone.

+1 for this . well we have 2 asian mods(Danica From PH and Scarlette from Indonesia) . the thing we need is a EU mod that can help out other EU players .

on activity . yes very active in game, but FORUM is different bro.

If you can remember Syd is from PH as well. :nuhnuh: So we have 3 MODs from asia before, if that happened/allowed before then maybe we can still do that? :grin: But yea, if there will be applicant from EU that would be better I have nothing to say with the activity but thanks to your opinion. :winkk:

I will point out some things in your application:

First, you reply to all negative or semi-negative posts,this is a big big minus for me. You don't need to defend against opinions from the community. Staff team sees everything and we take into consideration THEIR opinion not what you write to them in a reply.

Second, most of your reports are useless,you report even if the user has done something or not,this isn't so bad,but it won't get you a lot of points.

Third,I'm still unsure how you will do. That said I'll give you a Forum Supporter position to see how you will do and if you do good,your next application will be successfull.
