Hi. Anyone can Help me this issue ? :(
many times to re install and download the client.
anyone can help me?

 
Download the Patch from site - copy paste it inside the infinitymu folder and run launcher.
 
i dont have anti virus :(

You can do what Kendall told you above. Install a antivirus system in your PC scan it right after installing. There might some viruses with your PC which preventing you to play the game. The liveguard anti-cheat system might detects the virus which blocks the client from playing

Hello,

Try to open your Task Manager and go to "Processes" if you see play.exe, right click on it and click "End Process" then try if this will fix your problem. If not, please tell us the application that are running in the lower right of your monitor, i do have that problem before and sometimes those application running can blocked the client from opening.

Try first to check if the computer is with viruses and clean it, For that you can use your trusted antivirus and this will serve you well too https://es.malwarebytes.com/ I recommend it for scans. you can delete it later
After this, give InfinityMu permission so that the firewall and your antivirus dont block it when executing it.
with this in theory you should be able to play on the server

You don't have to panic if the logo is showing upon game start, but then nothing happens, there is always a reason for this. Checking the logs in the “LiveGuard” folder will help you indentify the issue.

Many players with very old Windows XP, or just bad copies installed on their PC may find the AntiHack getting stuck at the loading screen.


This is because the client cannot connect to the AntiHack server. The fix is quite simple, and it is done via the Windows “cmd” aka Command Prompt.
The command you need to run is: netsh winsock reset
Everybody knows how to open the Command Prompt, Go to Start -> Run -> type “cmd”>Right Click "cmd">Run as Administrator.
Any other issues will be reported in the LiveGuard folder ( InfinityMU game client side ).
 
Maybe you used "main.exe" to play, it doesn't work. Use auto update and if it occurs, ask for RESISTANT's help.
 
I can help you via Team Viewer, so i can explore to your desktop to find the cause of your problem and help you fix it. Feel free to message me via PM, if you have skype that would be better also.
 
Well if you have problem with your PC antivirus or Protection try to run them in silent mode in your task bar check if your anti virus is active try to disable them until you installed the client correctly. If the firewall try to block the client disable it. Then before you proceed click autoupdate.exe and update your client.
Try also the exclude the main.exe in your anti virus software just click the task bar find your anti virus and right click thrn find the exclusion then try to run. If its not possible all of the answer here try to install Team Viewer and PM mod [MENTION=339]Zione[/MENTION] to check your desktop whats the real problem.
