As the above said, try to download a fresh installer of Pingzapper. And also run the Autoupdate.exe and please let us know if this fix your problem.

i already try to download the newest installer of pingzapper and also run the autoupdated. and still problem is not solve.

I encountered the problem myself. Do not worry if it comes out. Just let it be and run MU.EXE not the main/auto update. Then you can see it will still work.

I can help you via Team Viewer if you want. What server are you connecting on pingzapper ?

I think your client has a problem.
