problem with lunching the game.

hey im new to the game.
when i press start game the LIveGuard shows and then its stops half way and disappear.


the red bar didnt go further and when he reach this point the LiveGuard closed and the game didnt lunch.

ive tried the cmd, DEP, and scaning for maleware solutions.. and still the game wont lunch.
reinstall didnt work, and the logs in the LiveGuard didnt say that there is a problem.

Good try to scan using ESET online scanner https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/
download the file and try to full scan your computer. It was one of the solution gave to me by sir Venci.

IF it didn't work try send message to our discord server and join the LiveGuard Support.
