Things like this can only be successfully as let say:
Account: ***** has 55 Invite = 20 of those 55 invites are active players who reached 1 grand reset in a month.
Account ***** has 10 Invites = 0 are active
If you just go by Invites the numbers wont be correct, as ppl will abuse the system.
When suggesting for a event you need to consider a lot of things and how to work it out to make it successfully even when its just like a Invite for players.

The Infinity MU Staff Team needs to think of things that many players will enjoy the game, what exactly are the things that players used to enjoy in-game way back then? Like the Events since having the Event Master tag, the EM can host an event every 4 hours (before), an Event that doesn't just revolve around Massive, PK, Hide and Seek. Back then we had Scrumble Words, Race Event at Lorencia Low, Bring Me Items Event too but all that is gone now. What exactly is EM's job besides helping or advising newbies or players who need/seeking for assistance ingame, their main job is to make such Events in-game and giving some fun to the players so that they will not feel boring ingame right? so why don't we try to bring back what we used to be by every 4 hours an EM member must be host such event in-game very easy job because of the large number of EMs we have now (Unlike before very few em staff but still they can manage)
This is just my opinion that may can help to increase the ingame activity of our fellow infinitians, not always seeing them ingame sleeping 24/7. (Please dont mis-understand my thought we are all after for our bright future.)

Hello! Thank you for your opinion. Since you open this kind of topic.
Let me try to explain a little.
As you said, yes we can host an every 4 hours but! Our problem is the players who join. You can see it. Who always win? What other players mind is, (example: i will not join SAViELLE is here again) also we spam sometimes for almost 25mins (NON PK) but no one is interested, in (PK Events) we can host but who join? Only BK's? On the next class of PK there only 2-3 joiners sometimes no one. After BK class no one is interested.
And for you hosting events is easy its not
you need exact timing.All of us trying to give a very best to host an event.

not all players in game have forum account, I think you know that one. (try these one maybe it will work)
try to spend some spare time ingame just like before when you were not in the position.
or just advertise the server via facebook, help them to grow, even myself I keep advertise this server, sharing groups with huge amount of people
plus some of the staff, yes online in Castle Siege event but just standing in the corner and stay afk, and playing their normal char to help their guild
I really appreciate what Sava did, activity, performance, knowledge everything is quite good enough. Special thanks to you bro keep it up!
PS: Its just my opinion because im always in game chatting smalls pks and i read those chat from other players, Im just a concerned beloved player here.

Try to make it often, then we’ll see the result? It’s easy to say that “who will join, no one will join.” Yes, we’re lacking of participants in this era. But you will not see the final result unless you try it and there’s nothing wrong to try something, and in these events everyone can fit to join even newbies! Unlike PK Event, Massive PK where newbies are not suitable in this kind of Event.
If you’re getting some problem with the event timings then better to check the in-game activity, like which region/country are most active in this time. Example: 3:00PM (GMT +8) most of the active ppl are from Philippines, then try to recruit another Asian EM Staff, so that he/she will be the one who will manage to host such events in the absence of fellow EM’s (rotation basis)
Community suggestion must be taken of we’re also part of this community, and we just want the best for us.

Regarding the suggestion, I think players can abuse it just to win a prize
unless it was possible to verify if someone accidentally made a fake account.
The suggestion is quite modest and not enough information about it, but that's just my opinion.
Player rotation has always been and will be so someone will come today and leave tomorrow this cannot be avoided
Events are an integral part of the game so there should be lots and lots of them,
unfortunately, if there are no participants, it is not possible.
You have to remember that the Staff Team also has its own private life and is not sitting 24/7 in front of the computer.

I love to see these guys give suggestions/opinions in this game even if it is hard to make it real or make it possible but sometimes we also need opinions from the admins and staffs. Come on guys there are many suggestions that being mention here (forum) but "for me" as far on what i'm seeing, No suggestions being approved and only 1 or 2 admins/staffs are giving their thoughts about it. 
ATM i have been seeing an "increase" in activity (read: online players) on Server 1. Several In-game events are also seeing some "new" named winners.
Question:

It really depends if it's worth doing it for both server and players sake and if it's possible of course. The current suggestion is not bad but very complicated to monitor and be fair to everyone as there will be many people who will hire newbies in-game that came from our internet/topsites social network paid advertisements with their promise to split the reward after that. How can they will prove that they invited any player? It's complicated and very easy to fool the administration and very much time consuming for staff team. I think it can be easily replicated and make fake chats how they invite people who are already in our server. If you are so good and experienced can you suggest best way to monitor instead blaming and insult the staff without any argument or proof because every time I see your post is like full of hate?
You don't have eyes to see that we granted many useful suggestions to the server? Or just you like to trash talk and spread that negative energy of yours? Also could you stop spamming my Private messages with multiple favors of the kind: "Can you transfer my characters to other account, sir?" Is this why you are doing this kind of comments? I've done it once, twice, third time, but I am not doing it infinitely. I help whenever I can and any kind of favors are not granted by any staff if you read the game rules but you still insist on this... I can't really understand you. If there's an free or paid offer where we can transfer characters then you will see it in forum or in webshop. Remember: we are your friends, not enemies and we are doing our best. Do not blame us if we can't help you / update you at some times. Don't get it as threat or ignore. Try to recall all the things we have done so far and remember us with peace.

Hello, So far i don't know any way to remove the yellow opt from an ancient item. I mean yeah you can through the website, but the ancient are not worth so much to do it with GP or Credits, and with yellow opt can not be trade. so actually you are stuck with the items. Cheers

Disabling buff on PVP Event
Aloha, I would like to suggest to disable any kind of buffs when entering PVP Event, like automatically remove when you enter PVP arena. Because we all know the MS bug in-game even you don't have party with SM. I decided to suggest this because my BK is currently banned for PVP Event buff...

So you could you please stop with the negative energy and bad feedback about server staff? Find something else to do please. For example go for a walk and be calm and respect our work. If you don't see recent updates or granted suggestions it does not mean that we don't care or anything negative you might have in your mind... It's just the suggestion not suitable. It might be good for you but you can't look at every aspect as we do because we have experience for years and we know what's the best for the server. All suggestions are welcome but it does not mean that they will be granted 100%. We have personal lifes and things to do and some periods are really hard for some of us, but no you can't understand it and you can't see even granted suggestions and previous hard work / updates we have done for you to enjoy. You have forgotten about all that was done before of course. We are not robots or dedicated staff where we are full-time job here. After all you don't pay to play here. If there's tax monthly for playing then you can expect monthly updates but since we can't afford to apply such methods in Online Gaming, it will be like that.
Be grateful to what you have even if it's small piece otherwise you will lose yourself. Some people don't even have fathers/mothers/family. This is both for life and game reason. Stop with this negative energy on daily basis at shoutbox and forum posts otherwise I am start giving infractions and temporary bans. Trivela already flied away permanently because his shoutbox messages last night.

I just want to point out that GM's main job isn't making in-game events now. That's why we have EM Team they counduct all in-game events.
Both EM's you mention are inactive till September and November respectibly.

Since this is a mayor concern I will try to suggest to make a public thread that shows which Staff Members are inactive to avoid pointing fingers at staffers that may have a legit reason to not fullfill thier duties.
