Try to re run your launcher, I guess some files are missing thats explain the error.

Have you tried to run as admin your launcher it will update the missing file? > Right click launcher then Run as administrator. Let us know if it works

I already did, but still the same.
I can play all the character, except for the 1 character.

Thanks, it's all good now after I warped my character on the main website.
