Solved Acquiring Perseus Uber set thru DRACOS

Guys, can u please help me, i have been trying to claim a Tier 1 U. Perseus Dragon slayer set using my 120pcs DRACOS inside my vault. i have fill up the form "Character name, Email (which the same email that i am using for my account), Screenshot of the vault" and clicked the event agreement but somehow everytime i click continue the message will always appear "support.infinitymu.net refused to connect". i can't proceed claiming the reward.

Anybody please guide me to solve my issue?

Hi. i am using norton 360 for gamers to connect to VPN, and still the error persists.. I want to upload photo on this thread for you to see the error but somehow i can not.

try turn off the Norton 360 VPN and if the problem is not solve try other web browser like chrome or brave.

i have downloaded brave browser and did the same but still the same result. maybe there is something wrong with my account.
