Since you said is not against your company policy then why dont contact your office's IT to remove the block?
Or you can connect your pc to your phone's data
And again it's not because ppl plays on it. It's allowed. If you think it's allowed contact your local IT support at work.
This thread can also be closed because it's not your own network.
And those firewalls block has been put up for some reasons.
