Everything start at 2011 with my childhood friends I had 10 Years Old, one of my friend his mom had a Cyber so I got interesting to play cause him, he used to have a DL my other friend had a MG (it was still O.P on 2011 xD) and I ask him about how to play and then I created a BK and I remember clearly that I made 200 reset thinking that I was very strong :cry2: but I hadn’t add my point at str, agi, hp, ener and I asked to myself why I was so soft :kekwlaugh:… come on dude my hp was on 110hp lmao, my dad gave me a dummie lapto it had 2 GB Ram and Intel Celeron 1.80GHz you can imagine the graphics Lag I had at that time, but the desire to play was stronger :okaycheems:, my role on most PVP was buffer ( Cause Lag.. too much ppl make my game drop to 9fps:dead:) XD but well I was happy doing my role.. we played with other friends but unfortunately my childhood friends stopped playing after 2 years, after some years around 2013-2015 I meet Soler and his Antrax mate Raul, Aaron and others I used to play with Luigir also when he wasn’t Staff member I think at that time, I created my forum account on 2016 cuz I didn't know we had a forum... years pass away and I stopped playing on 2017… Then I returned in 2022 and made a bad decision 1 year later. What we do right or wrong, we can't change it's already done. All that's left is to change, truly improve, and move forward…

This what I was talking about, Im not looking for excuse or beautiful word, I tried to be a better version and truly improve of what I could be proud tomorrow, I recognize my mistake and also recognize that redemption ain’t at words, but in the consistency of real change. I accept yesterday so I can build a better day today.

  • Availability during a regular week: I work at morning Monday to Friday 8am ‘till’ 1pm and currently I can be online 2-4 hour, I’m online most time at night according timezone
  • What are your biggest weaknesses? Well... I have many but let’s said one, I think that the fact that I can’t said not to make a favor to someone even if I know this can messed up me.
  • What are your biggest strengths?I would say the ability to solve complex problems using logic, being a computer engineer has shaped the way I face life, I see things logically and this help me break down big, intimidating problems into smaller, manageable part.
  • Why should we hire you? I believe that being part of the team is about being helpful, showing up and doing things right for the community. I don’t claim to know everything. But I have the maturity to listen, the patience to learn and the dedication to ensure that when players log in, they find a fair environment and a great time. I just want to contribute my part to keep this community.

Hey nice application Noodlepung well said I like your honesty and the expression and impression you make here. That being said if your application gets approved I’m willing to sponsor your first event with Ubers ;)anyway you get the test event master trial and you can prove yourself, good luck my dear friend.

are you saying, you cannot say no to anything or anyone?
I'm not sure if this would help your application, not having a clear view about being totally unbiased clearly changes the whole perspective of this application.

Your last ban, quite a ban ngl.
That was 3 years ago indeed but tbh with you, wouldn't risk giving you access that fast, not yet.

In overall, your activity in forum is very poor, i don't want imagine in game.
I think you should really build that trust again, but first in game and maybe the EM team would approve you.

nah he is too nob to be em, just kidding ofcourse this guy would be nice as em he good person and active and has some knowledge in the game so yes for me :D
 
Bro, it’s nice to see people nowadays who still want to contribute their time and effort to become Event Masters. Back then, there were events happening at least 3-4 times every day, whether PK or non-PK, because there were a lot of active Event Masters.


If your application gets approved, I hope you’ll take the role seriously and do your best. There’s a one-month trial period before you officially get accepted anyway.

I like your application because you kept it nice and simple, the weak and strength points are on target, and the history of how you joined is kinda touchy.
Regarding your ban history, it seems you cooperated nicely about it and you've learned your lesson well.

Your overall behavior in SB and forum pictures a nice person, but that's where your activity kinda stops: small convos in SB.
I'd like to see your commitment towards helping the community, this is what part of the staff really is.

Activity is kinda low, 2-4 hours isn't much, depends on how you make use of it!
And I hope you won't drop even further your activity if you will join. :bonk:

I've seen you in pvp areas and in forums as well. You are one of those guys that will always say what's on his mind when he wants to prove a point.
Good Luck on your application. Hopefully we can see you hosting your own events together with other EMs :)

Hello, i'd comment on these 2,
1st 2-4 hrs per day is good enough for EM to host Pk & non pk events daily
2nd if you joined the team you should learn to say NO for favors to not be whooped or demoted with a bad record, there are some favors can harm you.
The rest of your app is good, no ban history, no bad attitude & your activity ingame and forum sounds gud. You have my support.
 
Yes for me if you could beat me in SG or CA 🤣. But kidding aside, it would be nice to see someone with a lot of experience on IMU be a part of the staff team, I'm sure your knowledge about the game would be a great asset to the server. Good luck!
 
I remember _lee[*]faR fighting them in PvP, and they were really good. They're friendly in PvP, too. In my opinion, they are definitely fit to be an EM staff.
