The proof is not enough for me to believe that Graf is using speedhack. Unbanned until other GM tells his opinion.

Graf indeed used SH in this video. His TS was speeded up (visible on the animation) and White was getting much more ref cuz Graf's was faster due to SH plus you can see his fast rotations especially at 1:00 to 1:09. AND there is a small ghosting at 1:20 what means his game was definately speeded up at that time.

Ban should stay.
