Rules and Mechanics:
● A theme will be chosen every Theme of the Month event
● Participants will design their profile (Avatar, Profile Picture, Signature and even profile colours) to suit the theme
● Participants can use google to find a profile picture but they must do their own avatar and signature
● PSD of avatar and signature must be sent to me to prevent ripping
● Those who wish to participate will post here even before they start making their profile and PM me when they finally finish
● No premade
● No animated
