My laptop is always restarting and a sound like "tick" then restart again when it starts a blue screen appear its says about "crash dump" or something sounds like that then restart again then this appears >

help me what to do? I can't live w/o infinity mu :sad:

the best solution is REFORMAT your laptop .
BLUESCREEN = CRASH then need to reformat it

I'm pretty sure You got some kind of virus, get a good anti-virus and check your laptop, I'm 99.9% sure of that <3!

Or try to reformat it :3

Then check your coolers, maybe it shutdown automatically for some overheating... Overheating or Virus...

a Tick like the power suddenly shut off? Before this happened to my laptop when it overheat and it happened multiple times when I'm running MU and there isn't good ventilation (i.e. on a desk without cooling tower).

It could be your fans are broken or your heatsink is broken.

Also that error seems to be "startup repair" when booting does it tell you some message like,

Im using it now it goes 24 hrs w/cooler my problem is when i turn off it its hard to boot it it will restart again and again T_T

When you reformatted did you delete all partitions on your harddrive? and did you allocate some separate space for just windows installation (works for me best)?

EDIT: Just click Start windows Normally.

Also NEVER close your laptop by holding the power button, always shutoff with the windows function (i.e. start > shutdown).

I cant reformatt it coz it shutdown/restart autoatically maybe just like u said heat sink or fan broken im gonna consult a Technician better closed T_T

I've had the same problem for overheat, when I'm connected so much time... It shutdown automatically with a sound as ''Tick!'', I really think it is a cooler's problem, or a strong kind of virus :3!

Get some technician i think your processor burn't down. and up grade it to i5 or i7 much better.
