cant open game

hi i downloaded the game and every time i click start game nothing happens

btw i reinstalled it many times still the same

1. Exclude the whole InfinityMU folder on the Avast Antivirus.

2. Reinstall the game with Avast Antivirus is turned off then exclude the game before starting for fresh start.
