Connecting to imu problem

Can somebody help me what happen why i cant open my other old account in my new pc every time i click the connect bottom after the game guard it will not going to continue to open.

Are you running latest version of the game.
All hacks closed.
What is gameguard telling you.

Something is blocking the client launch.
If you have anti virus disable him.
Also try this:
scroll to "How To Configure Or Turn Off DEP"

Add both play.exe and mu.exe restart ur pc and try again.
