Hello everyone.
I don't know if it's a problem with my provider or InfinityMU.
So I can access the game without connecting pingzapper, but as soon as I enter the player, the internet stops within the game, I can't go anywhere, there are no downloads or uploads, and it automatically reconnects. After the reconnect is complete, it reconnects to the game, but the same thing happens again.

But when I enter the game with Pingzapper, this problem doesn't exist. I thought it was a problem with the IP address given to me by the provider, so I updated the router and updated the IP address, but the problem persists.

Updating your IP address from the router? Thats only a local IP Address, I'm not sure if you can change your public IP address manually but here in the country I'm living we have a dynamic IP. I suggest to try using a VPN/GPN other than pingzapper and see if the issue doesnt exist then thats where we can confirm its your IP Address thats getting blocked and request to Resistant to whitelist your IP Address.

I can distinguish between local IP and public IP. In my country, public IPs change regularly. To get a fixed IP address, you need to get a static IP address. I can connect to the game without any problems using another provider's internet connection in my country. There seems to be an issue between my provider and the server.

I've moved it to the correct section.

As for the issue itself, have you tried to set up a hotspot on your phone and see if it works correctly (or any other connections other than your main/home)?
If so, it seems like the problem is with the router, since other connections work fine.

Thank you for directing me to the correct section. When I get home, I will check again by connecting to the internets of the residents living on our street. Our neighbors also have the same provider.
