On the server 100x I was in Staff Team for 2 years,
My job as Staff started with being an EM - 02/02/2021 then I was promoted to SEM - 15/02/2022

Availability during a regular week: I'm mostly available all the time, I'm only unavailable in the game when I'm working (about every 3 days)

What are your biggest weaknesses? "Time" because I have everything planned down to the minute, when someone interferes with my plan I can get angry a little.

What are your biggest strengths? Stubbornness because I always get what I want and I never give up on my goal. I also like to gain new experience and learn.

Why should we hire you? I love to help others when they need it and I want to help these servers.
I would also like to learn something new under the guidance of masters in this field.
You wonder why the job?? I do what I like, not what I have to do. So no matter what I do, I will always enjoy it.

From what I've seen, you have a nice personality and I am sure everyone, including myself has noticed the great works you have done as the GFX team leader. Your activity in the game and forum can provide a great contribution to the EM team.

Hello Delvill and thank you for your interest in joining the Event Master team.

Although you received many positive reactions, I have to deny your application.

My reasons are following:
1) Before you posted your EM application, I told you to get in touch with Forum Admins - which you didn't.
2) While you're GFX Leader in here, high exp iMU, you're also a Trainee Game Master in low exp iMU at the same time.

That means, that IF I accept you into my team, you won't be able to fully focus on the Event Master tasks.

So, for now, I have to /Deny your application.
