i have encounter hard error i tried to re install and still the problem is not solve please guide me

did you try reinstalling while the windows defender or any anti virus installed turned off? or you can try to reinstall it again but after you start the launcher exclude the whole infinity mu folder on the antivirus you have.

Try changing the installation location, directly Disk C or another partition.

Reinstall will do the job. You have registry problems on your windows. Unknown Hard error talks for itself that there's problem in the operating system...
15-20mins reinstallation of your windows will not hurt.

No response for the last week (or the user not logging in), I can assume that the solution proposed by Venci will probably solve the problem.
However, if the problem still occurs, write to me and they will reopen the thread.
For now I consider it resolved.
