Hi guys and Staff Teams

First, I just want to make a public apology for my indecisive decision made yesterday, and also of being uncertain. But I would like to change that so here I am want to be in the Event Master team again. I would like to make a formal application so that the community will know that I am sincere on my position. So here are some of my informations.

Well I guess this application was is a response to Titan's advice in your GM app. Thing is there are to many EM atm though you are qualified for the position. You are a friend ice I just hope you stay and serve longer here if you got accepted and please do enjoy it. Its what matters the most isn't it?

Please read the posts in the thread you have linked before posting some saved words..., he is just trying to get his job back . not asking for a new tag.

A little suggestion bro, just re-apply again for Infinity Star team cause the team ATM is not doing so good, and you can still keep your supporter tag. I think we have enough GM's and EM's for now. As JoPaA said, you can help the community without being A GM or an EM. :)
 
You've been EM , and did your job well,
I'm Interested in the comments above - if we based in the situation as people said he is hunting position,

Look at that from another side , Iceman was busy in real life (dont exactly know with what) - and it was for a short time,
he is back and want to help to the community as before - he know how EM works and already were an EM,

He tried to help community with GM position , he couldn't then Iceman you wanna help us with EM tag and you got my support,

I think this question might be even solved W/T application.

Hello Iceman, Good Luck on your application.

Main aim is becoming TGM/GM. Plan A - failed. Now time to go with a bit hard way which called Plan B, isn`t? Plan B is joining EM team, being active then after 1-2 weeks(since you love to rush) asking for TGM job. Good job :-) You did well as EM. But even if you been the best EM if you lose some confidences, then your chance almost becoming to Zero. In facts Effy, you didn`t have any personal problems. Don`t tell that, you had, because players under 16 will believe this only :-) So, how can we players know that, soon you will not have any personal problems again? To be honest, you will not have any personal problems if we follow scripted Plan B :-) My Vote is NO to you. No matter how good you can do with EM job, personality is important as well. And even you are 24 years old, you still don`t act like that.

As Titan said on yesterday, U should write in inactivity thread. But u didn't and u are back after 9 days. (But u was sometimes here,i have seen u a few times, maybe u could join at forums only). You cannot do everything when u want in this life. We catching a one moment rarely, and u have catched it and promoted as Event Master. After that u made goodbye thread. We can understand it of course, but we thought that u wont be here like some months, or more. But suddenly u are back and re-made application. What is meaning of that?
As i said u should post in inactivity thread if u would come back soon in 1-2-3 weeks - 1 months. I think u lost chance with this. U lost that moment which i meant just before. Too late already. We got 6 Event Masters. This is enough i think.

I say No for this application. Good Luck.

You cant predict the future. You cannot expect me to say the exact date when I said indefinite. Anyway, if fate will take me their I will take that opportunity. And if you guys want me to stay this way, I have no choice, haven't I? :) Supporting you guys without a tag is something I will learn in the future days :)
 
For me i say Yes Because Iceman is a Creative EM Sometimes his Event is Very Hard, Sometimes so Easy That make a Balance and i think he is a Big Help to our Best Community i Think he Deserve a 2nd Chance to an Em again my answer is "Yes"

Sorry for my second post here, but Effy one question I need to find its answer. You know, everything has it is own steps. Why you created an application immediately after you solved your real life problems? 2 applications in 24 hours after your come back. Normally when you came back you could ask from HGMs for to promote you in EM job, since you just back after 9 days, it is not that long. But you didn`t do like this, came back, immediately created an application. Even you didn`t let us infinitans to get that you really back. That's why some of us thinks that you are just position hunter and you left with a lie. Can you please, answer my question?

Well, I guess I am still visiting the forums on that following days. And at my grandma's house I have no chance on playing there. So I volunteered my help as a supporter during my free time. I didn't really leave the forum. I'm still around. The duration of the visiting time is the only difference. :)

I apologize if what I did is a mistake. And thanks for all your feedback.
 
Iceman, the situation is the following:
See what the players write? that u are creative and u make really good events as Event Master.
You made the mistake what u need to accept and look forward.
U know well this is not working "if i cannot get the horse, will be enough the donkey too" situation.
We are full now, we dont accept more Applications.

Once when a free space will get empty , then we will accept other applications. If an Event Master resigns and u are still active, helpful and showing your loyality and maturity, u will be the 1st who will get back be sure.

But for now, i need to deny it. Take Care and still support as Supporter.
