In the exact quote you posted, in the last section of the "Code:" part, it says "T2 Weapons can be traded for 15$ VD". Personally, I would not have an issue to sell them to you for 25$, but we are all subjected to the same rules, so I simply cannot sell them to you for less than 30$ even if I want to, and I do, but rules are rules
